Designed by Touch of Ginger, the Women’s Rugby World Cup 2025 medals embody a tournament that has redefined boundaries on the field and beyond. Each piece is a fusion of craftsmanship, innovation, and meaning, created to honour the players who inspire the world.

Machined from solid brass and framed by a delicate Guilloché pattern, the medals unite precision engineering with timeless artistry. At their heart lies the tournament logo, laser-engraved onto a brass plate made from recycled ACME whistles, a poetic nod to rugby’s traditions and its evolving commitment to sustainability.

FINALIST & PARTICIPATION MEDALS

On the reverse, the new Women’s Rugby World Cup Trophy is surrounded by the names of all 16 competing nations, symbolising a truly global game. Plated in gold, silver, and bronze in Birmingham, each medal measures 65mm in diameter, 13mm thick, and weighs 291 grams – a lasting tribute to strength, skill, and spirit.

The 2025 final drew a record-breaking crowd of 81,885, the largest ever for a women’s rugby match, a fitting stage for medals crafted to inspire generations.

FINALIST & PARTICIPATION MEDALS

In keeping with Rugby World Cup tradition, every player and team member received a participation medal. Machined from aluminium with a sleek black anodised finish, it’s presented in a 3D-printed display case designed to showcase both keepsakes together.

Echoing the dynamism of the women’s game, the medal’s slanted logo and flowing form convey energy and momentum, while its reverse honours all 16 teams, from defending champions New Zealand to debutants Brazil, the first South American nation to take the stage.
