Orders within mainland UK are despatched via Royal Mail First Class and charged at £2.50 for orders under £15.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day (providing items are in stock) and should arrive within 1-2 working days.
Once you place an order with Touch of Ginger we know you will want your goods as soon as possible. Should your order be delayed for any reason, we will let you know when you can expect delivery.
Urgent Orders! If you need same day, guaranteed next day or Saturday delivery we can arrange this for you – please call for a quote.
International Orders within the EU are despatched via Royal Mail, they are charged at £7.95 and should arrive within 2 to 5 working days.
All other destinations delivery. Should you wish for an order to be delivered to a destination outside the UK, Europe or US, please contact us at info@touchofginger.com or on 0870 701 9596.
Returns policy
We hope that you are happy with your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
To return an item contact us on 0870 701 9596 and we will issue a Returns Code. Please ensure you obtain this code or we will not be able to process your request.
Faulty item? Return within 30 days of purchase and we will happily refund the postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office.
Change of mind? Please return item in perfect, re-saleable condition (including packaging, instructions, etc) in order to ensure a refund. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. wrapping and delivery charge. Please make sure you return the goods within 30 days of purchase.
Lost in transit? You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
Please note In all instances Touch of Ginger Ltd shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
